Established by Founder and Director, Ben Weinberg, who has extensive experience and knowledge in the property industry. He can utilise his expertise on a diverse range of matters, ranging from legal hurdles to planning constraints, and everything in between
Ben started his Real Estate career in residential development, with the boutique, award winning design house, Fusion, in July 2013. During his tenure at Fusion, Ben became Acquisitions Manager, and was successful in executing many of the company’s largest and most profitable acquisitions. He developed a thorough understanding of the entirety of the development process. In 2018, Ben moved laterally to Fusion’s sister company, Fusion Students, where he led the company’s USA expansion project out of New York City. Ben left Fusion in 2019 in order to pursue his ambition of building his own special brand and running a successful business.
